Circle360 Empires is operated by Diamond ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Circle360 Empires you enter into an agreement with Diamond ltd and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. The service

Circle360 Empires is an event planning tool for hosts: it generates numbered honored invitation cards, schedules a D.J Mix setlist linked to public music platforms, and hosts a Moments wall for event photos and videos. Some actions require Empire Pass or Empire Builder after the 1-month free trial.

2. Your account and eligibility

You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to accept these terms on behalf of the organisation you represent. Registration requires a valid email address and a valid government-issued ID card for host verification. You must give accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Circle360 Empires. In particular, you must not:

• use the service unlawfully, or to defraud, spam or harass anyone;
• upload invitation, music or Moments content you do not have the rights to use;
• upload unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative material;
• interfere with the security of the service — no malware, probing, scraping or circumvention of technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

Rights holders can request removal of infringing content by writing to support@dspecial.app. We may remove content and restrict accounts that repeatedly infringe.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the guest lists, photos, videos and setlists you add. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in Circle360 Empires — the software, card designs, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you purchased.

6. Service level

We work to keep Circle360 Empires available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Payments, billing and cancellation

Empire Pass is a one-time lifetime purchase; Empire Builder is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly for your host account until you cancel. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller Paddle and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is described in the Refund Policy (30 days).

8. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your event data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect or consequential loss including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content or unlawful use of the service.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
